Unusually I organize by region and then by vintage. Eg Bordeaux, 1982, 1985, 1986, 1989, 1990, 1995, 1996 etc. so when I go to 1990 I see my 90s as I often look for the vibe of a wine by age Eg do we feel like elegance (age) or punch and fun (youth).
