How do you organize your cellar?
Columns and rows in our main cellar, but by country and region.
Why do you love wine?
I grew up in Southern France amongst vineyards, and later on moved to the Willamette Valley in Oregon where we are surrounded by Pinot Noir. My wife and I are big travelers and go on “wine trips” in Europe, Napa and elsewhere. It’s amazing how quickly you can add to your collection with a couple of wine suitcases! Cellar Tracker helps us stay on top of what we have and when to drink it, and in two locations too!
What is your favorite region/variety?
It’s a toss up between Pinot Noir from our back yard or North Umbria, Southern Tuscany in Italy.
What is your favorite CellarTracker feature?
The ability to at-a-glance know what I have and where it’s resting and most importantly when to drink it.
