I have my cellar organized by both bin locations and general sections. Every column is numbered, starting with number one and working my way around the cellar from left to right all the way up to eighty-two.

I have 3 locations based on the room: Upper, Lower, Theater. For the bins, I have labeled each section/wall of the room alphabetically, then numbered the columns in each section.
